We have purchased two Palomino Travel Trailers from OERV. Rocky Rine is great; he helped us choose the right trailer, answered all of our questions, arranged for financing at a competitive rate, the price was fair, and there was no pressure at all to make a sale. Everyone at the dealership has treated us extremely well. The parts department is well stocked and the service department is the best we have ever done business with. We store our trailer at the dealership and the friendly and efficient staff always makes sure we have what we need to make our trip a pleasant and safe experience. It was time to make a change in our camping equipment. We had been looking around at dealers closer to our home in New Hampshire, when one of our friends advised us to contact Outdoor Express. We found OE very accommodating to our needs. Our salesperson, Rocky, handled the whole deal over the phone even getting us special equipment that the manufacture of the camper did not know about, he had the item drop shipped to them for installation at the time of manufacture. We feel that OE went over and above in accommodating our requests. When the unit came in the service department was very knowledgeable and professional at adjusting a few minor manufacturing problems. We would highly recommend Outdoor Express to anyone looking for reliable sales and service in a dealer and a very fair price. If we make any changes in the future we would call Outdoor Express first.
