Roof Spot Reseal
Your RV's roof is the first line of defense against the elements, but is also the most vulnerable. Over time, exposure to UV rays, temperature fluctuations, and road vibrations can cause sealant to crack, peel, or pull away. Left unaddressed, even a tiny gap can lead to costly water damage, mold, and structural issues.
- During our Roof Spot Reseal, we will examine all roof seals, including vents, skylights, antennas, and transition seams, to find hidden vulnerabilities.
- We pinpoint areas where the existing sealant has become brittle, cracked, or detached.
- We spot-clean the affected areas to remove dirt and oils, ensuring a clean surface for maximum adhesion.
- Apply high-quality, self-leveling lap sealant designed specifically for RV roofs to create a watertight, durable barrier.
- Please Note: A clean surface is required for sealants to bond correctly. If the roof is extremely dirty and requires a full wash before the spot seal can begin, an additional cleaning fee will apply.

RV Roof Wash & Treatment
RV Roof Wash & Conditioning Treatment
Keep your RV's roof looking new and performing its best with our Roof Wash & UV Guard service. Over time, road grime, tree sap, and environmental pollutants can degrade your roof membrane, while harsh UV rays lead to drying and cracking.

SealTech
Seal Tech Leak Detecting Serviceservice Appointments
Our Seal Tech machine draws outside air into the RV via the roof vent, where it is dispersed, creating a positive interior pressure. This pressure difference causes air to flow outward through any outer skin faults. The application of a soapy water solution to suspicious areas of the outer skin results in a very visible bubble exactly over each fault.
